• Commercial information — sample submissions, orders, and the results/reports associated with them.
• Communications — the contents of messages you send us.
• Internet/technical data — standard log and device data when you use the site.
• Payment information — handled by our third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

We do not seek sensitive personal information beyond account credentials, and we ask that you not submit health, clinical, or other sensitive data, which the Services are not intended to process.

Sources & purposes

We collect information directly from you and automatically from your use of the site. We use it to provide and improve the Services, process submissions and deliver results, take payment, respond to inquiries, send service-related communications, ensure security, and comply with law.

How we disclose information
